Want to become more successful in your relationships? Host, Ali Mezey and her guest, Jane Peterson, PhD will be unpacking the skills you need but weren't taught about being (bodies) in partnerships. Often times we’re attracted to someone for the wrong reasons, and miss a person we could create magic with because our beliefs get in the way. Understanding what your body is telling you about a prospective or current partner can help you act with wisdom in your relationships. We often fall out of synch in relationship and don't how to get back into rhythm with each other. We’ll discuss ways you can improve your groove with your beloved as well as how to use your body to guide you in finding love.
If successful, our relationships are vital to our health, happiness, and well-being, and if we struggle, our intimate relationships can also cause us a lot of distress and suffering.
Over the years, Jane has discovered that most couples are ill-equipped to handle the complex situations they face in intimate partnerships. Jane has taught these skills over and over to couples she’s worked with and knows that they work, and can work for you!
Join this conversation where you can ask Jane questions about how to succeed and thrive as a coupled body!
ALI'S BIO:
Ali has worked in renowned rehab centers in Los Angeles for sex, drug, and alcohol addiction for over a decade where she developed Personal Geometry® to address the challenges of working with sexual trauma, compulsivity, dysfunctions and discontents.
By using the universal power of spatial relationships (externalizing the subconscious “knowing” embedded in the body) Ali helps people access the trauma and true needs behind their body, sexual, and addiction challenges. These underlying issues often elude therapists and clients, where years of talk therapy do not identify or resolve these issues.
